Well that didn't go to plan!

Mother's Day is approaching (19th March in UK) and I had a great idea to produce a special "Mother's Day Fudge". After some discussions with friends I decided on White Chocolate and Raspberry flavour. Having procured the necessary ingredients I then set about making the fudge with an certain amount of excitement that I would be creating something pretty and delicious that would be a great gift for mothers. I got ready to start stirring.




So the end result looked pretty and promising. When it was set I cut into it and did a taste test....... totally disgusting!!!! Very, very sweet and the texture was like eating sand! Oh well, you win some.... you lose some! It was binned and then I turned to an old faithful - Baileys!! Now that was delicious. Why not order some?
