Someone once told me - never start a blog - you cannot keep it up to date..... they may be right but in an effort to prove them wrong I am doing a quick catch up! Summer is a time when all structure seems to be thrown into the air and the best thing is just to go with the flow. In between many trips away in my jolly yellow Campervan I managed to pop up in a few places to sell my fudge making great efforts to keep it from melting. Working out how to get it to set in the extreme temperatures was an interesting challenge and chocolate proved almost impossible but it was great getting out and about. I spent a few mornings and afternoons at Bucksum Farm Shop - always a joy to share the space with many other talented Artisans thanks to Tracy and her enterprising, encouraging and engaging personality (incidentally, I don't think I have ever seen anyone work so hard in my life running her farm and the shop). I also had a unique invitation to sell my fudge at Witan Gate offices in Milton Keynes at a Father's Day event. I also got my first order from Buckmoorend Farm Shop in Butler's Cross, Aylesbury which I will deliver tomorrow. So I have not been idle and am developing stirring muscles!
So today feels much cooler - which I am very happy about. I love Autumn and am looking
forward to developing some autumn/winter flavours - watch this space!!!
